1. Who we are
This website (gettripwise.co.uk) is operated by Tripwise. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tripwise. For any privacy questions, contact us at orlando@gettripwise.co.uk.
2. What this policy covers
This policy describes how we handle personal information on the Tripwise marketing website. Use of the Tripwise application (the “Service”) by customer organisations is governed by a separate data processing agreement and the Tripwise Terms of Service.
3. Information we collect
- Contact details you send us. When you click a “Request a demo” or “Contact” link, your email client opens a message addressed to us. We receive whatever information you choose to include in that message (typically your name, work email, and a brief description of your enquiry).
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP address, browser user agent, referrer, page accessed) for security and reliability purposes.
4. How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, and follow up about Tripwise. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process the information you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product, and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
6. Cookies
This marketing website does not currently set non-essential cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent control.
7. Sharing
We use third-party service providers to host this website and deliver our email. We do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email orlando@gettripwise.co.uk.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
