This policy describes how we handle personal information on the Tripwise marketing website. Use of the Tripwise application (the “Service”) by customer organisations is governed by a separate data processing agreement and the Tripwise Terms of Service.

• Contact details you send us. When you click a “Request a demo” or “Contact” link, your email client opens a message addressed to us. We receive whatever information you choose to include in that message (typically your name, work email, and a brief description of your enquiry).
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP address, browser user agent, referrer, page accessed) for security and reliability purposes.

4. How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, and follow up about Tripwise. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process the information you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product, and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
